Perfect Pearl powder in the perfect pearl color

White Card Base

(2) 4 1/2 x 7" Light blue cardstock

4 1/4 x 6 3/4" DCWV light blue pattern paper

4 1/4 x 6 3/4" White Card Base

3M Foam tape
