Play Along Card 3

Hey y'all today I'm going to share card 3 from the Facebook Play Along card box and cards gift set.

Facebook Play Along go check it out its a blast.

The things I used:

Black Card stock
DCWV Once Upon a Time Stack
Fiskars punch and embosser corner punch
Rose Red by Cuddle Bug Cutties
Concord Grape Distress Ink by Tim Holtz
Royal Purple StazOn Ink
Gold Stickles

I punched the corners and then adhered the patterned paper to the card base.

To get the color of purple on the ribbon pieces on the dress I colored it with a Gold Gel pen first then the purple marker

The crown came from another piece of DCWV paper from the same pad I added Gold stickles to the dress and to the crown along with some colored sticky back gems

I stamped the sentiment inside the card with Royal Purple StazOn Ink and adhered it in the card.

I adhered Rose Red with foam tape on the front of the card.

I stamped the sentiment in Concord Grape Distress Ink I inked the edges with Worn Lipstick and Concord Grape. Then I cut the banner edges. I adhered it on the card base.

Play Along (facebook group) Card 1

This is a Card I made for a facebook group called play along.... if you haven't heard of it, go check it out it's a BLAST. The play along that I'm working on right now is a Card box and card set. This is Card 1..
To make this card I used:

Black Cardstock
DCWV Once Upon A Time paper
Cut and Emboss Corner Punch by Fiscars
Digital Stamp
Markers
Stickles
Liquid Pearls
Tim Holtz Distress Ink Concord Grape
Tim Holtz Distress Ink Worn Lipstick
Stampabilities Happy Birthday Stamp
StazOn Royal Purple Ink
Poem Stamp

I make a top fold card in an A2 size. I punched the corners with the corner punch. I cut the DCWV paper at 4x5.25" then punched the corners. I layered them together and used Snail Adhesive on them.

I colored my image with markers then I added diamond stickles on the wings and pearls on the flower, butterfly, and dots beneath the wings. Then I cut the image out.

I stamped my Greeting with Concord Ink, then I inked the edges with Worn Lipstick.

I used pop dots to put the digi stamp on the card front.

For the inside I cut some white Cardstock at 3.75x5" and punched the bottom corners.

And I just adhered the greeting straight to the card base.

Let It Snow Blog Hop

Welcome to the Let It Snow Blog Hop. You should have arrived here from Sarah's Blog. If you just happened along then hop back to our Hostess the amazing Sharon's Blog

For my project today I made a scrapbook lay out for my Nephew's scrapbook. All the paper I used in this project came from the Recollections Starry Night paper pad.

The white paper is where my Pictures are going to go. This is my background paper.

The Journaling card is a printable I found online.

The design on the journaling card didn't match my theme so I took the border sheet from the paper pad and cut 2 of the border designs and layered them. I used the Martha Stewart snowflake punch and put that over the border pieces.

The photos I'm going to put on this are from my nephew's first time seeing snow as a baby. I used stickers I had in my stash.

I used more of the border pieces to form a space for some embellishment clusters, along with more of the punched snowflakes. I added some Recollections flat back bling to the snowflakes to give them a little sparkle.

This is just a close up of one of the clusters

I used my EK Success snowflake border punch to punch a bunch of tiny snowflakes and I put them all over the page to look like falling snow.
